One line per engagement. The 100-point rule: 10 for the lead, 20 for the closing, 70 for delivery, prorated by days (35 / 35 until days are logged). The resulting key is each partner’s share of the engagement’s invoices.

    Client invoices

One line per invoice: sent to the client? paid by the client? then each partner’s share, collected or owed to the other. The “Status” menu fills in the dates for you.

    Settlement

What one owes the other today: invoice shares not yet passed on, and the other’s share of expenses one has fronted. Click “settled” once the money has moved.

Split per the 100-point rule (methodo/repartition-revenus.md), shared expenses 50/50. The client pays the entity that holds the contract (Largo for Charles, Finna for Brian), which passes on the other’s share.
